Rain or sun, here's a hunt for each one! (hey, that rhymed!). My 2 1/2 year old loves doing these because it gets her up and moving around the house or outside, she gets to use markers, and she gets to collect things.
This also helps as you start teaching sight words and reading. It's great to have pictures next to common words so that as they see them together they will start recognizing the words on their own. I go through each word with Nora before she starts to make sure she knows what items are pictured and written.
Cut these in half and even laminate them if you have one! Then you can use it EVERY day! :) Okay, maybe not EVERY day....but your toddler might want to!
